Important: Registration & Payment Instructions

Your team registration is not complete until both steps below are finished:

 

1. Submit Your Team Information
   After entering your details, you must click “Submit Info”. Your registration will remain incomplete until this step is completed.
2. Complete Your Payment: By, Credit Card (via PayPal): Select the appropriate option and click “Submit Info.” You will then be redirected to PayPal’s website to securely complete your payment. Or, Check by Mail: If you choose to pay by check, please make your check payable to the Cleveland Skating Club and note: FunSpiel in the check memo. 

Reminder: Submitting your information is required for all registrations, regardless of payment method. Registrations are not complete until “Submit Info” has been clicked, this is located on the final page of this form.

Please indicate your first, second and third choice for Opening Draw on Friday, June 26th. We will attempt to accommodate teams' choices on a first come-first served basis. Start times are not guaranteed and are subject to change. (Times available are 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM, and 7:00 PM)

IMPORTANT: Teams can pay in two ways. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

• Pay online using credit card via checkboxes below
  • $440.00 per four person team (includes paypal fees)
  • After you hit SUBMIT, you will be rerouted to PayPal to finish your transaction. Your registration isn't complete until you have paid online.

 

• Mail a check
  • $420 per four person team
  •  If you are mailing a check, you still need to hit SUBMIT below.
