  • 2026 First Thursday Night Market - Vendor Registration

  • The 2026 First Thursday Night Market will be held in Canby on every first Thursday of the month throughout 2026! Vendors are welcome to set up along the street in downtown Canby. This monthly, family friendly event brings people of all ages - from Canby residents and visitors - to experience all that Canby has to offer. The First Thursday Night Market seeks to promote downtown Canby as a destination for residents and visitors to explore local businesses while providing an opportunity to shop, dine, and play monthly.

  • Date 's: February 5th, March 5th, April 2nd, May 7th, June 4th, July 2nd, August 6th, September 3rd, October 1st, November 5th, December 3rd. Location: 1st and 2nd Ave. between Holly & Grant, Downtown Canby OR. Time: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Booth Setup: 4:00PM Booth Teardown: After 8:00 PM

  • Electricity is not guaranteed and will be on a first come first serve basis. Vendor booth should be self-contained with minimal electrical needs, such as lights, fans, etc.

  • Rules/Information
    1. All preparation and sales must be done inside your booth area.
    2. All booths must be set up by 5PM and remain open until 8:00 PM.
    3. Garbage and recycling is the responsibility of the vendor.
    4. Electricity is not guaranteed and will be on a first come first serve basis. Vendor booth should be self-contained with minimal electrical needs, such as lights, fans, etc.
    5. All vendors must comply with Oregon Fire Code Regulations.
    6. The contact person is responsible for any clean up required following this event.

  • Vendor Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement

  • By signing and dating below, the undersigned ("Vendor") represents and warrants the Vendor has read, understands, and is voluntarily and knowingly agreeing to each of the following:
  • 1. Vendor has reviewed and agrees to comply with the First Thursday Night Market, Canby Business, and City of Canby registration requirements in seeking admission to the First Thursday Night Market.
  • 2. Vendor agrees to allow employees, representatives, and agents of the City of Canby and Canby Business to: take photographs and videos of Vendor, its employees, representatives, and agents during the event; to edit the photographs and videos; and to publish the photographs and videos in any medium worldwide for future City of Canby and Canby Business marketing purposes. Vendor releases any interest it may hold in such photographs and videos and waives any right it may have to compensation or royalties for or from such photographs and videos.
  • 3. Vendor and Vendor's personal and business property are not insured by First Thursday Night Market, Canby Business, and City of Canby. Vendor is solely responsible for any injuries Vendor incurs or causes and any property damages Vendor incurs or causes in connection with the First Thursday Night Market.
  • 4. In exchange for permission to participate in the First Thursday Night Market, Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, release, forever discharge, and hold harmless First Thursday Night Market, Canby Business, and City of Canby, all sponsoring organizations and the directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers of each of them, from any responsibility, liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, costs (including attorney fees), expenses or damages of any kind, arising out or related to Vendor's participation or involvement in the First Thursday Night Market.
  • 5. This includes but is not limited to special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages for injuries of any kind, including but not limited to loss of life or limbs, loss of personal or business income, damages to real or personal property, or any other loss whether or not it was reasonably foreseeable.
  • 6. Neither Vendor, nor anyone acting on the Vendor's behalf, will bring or maintain any suit or action in any court or other forum or otherwise assert a claim against the First Thursday Night Market, Canby Business, and City of Canby, its directors, officers, agents, employees, or volunteers for any claim that Vendor might have arising out of Vendor's participation or involvement in First Thursday Night Market.
  • 7. To receive a refund, cancellations must be made in writing 30 or more days prior to scheduled event. If cancellation notice is received with less than 30 days notice, vendors will forfeit all monies paid. A "no-show" or early departure will not be entitled to a refund.
  • The City of Canby reserves the right to refuse Vendor participation. Violations of the rules may result in removal from the event. By signing below, I agree to the above requirements.
