Whether you are building fundamentals, refining your swing, or focusing on golf-specific fitness, our Ladies Golf Programs offer expert instruction in a fun, supportive environment. Programs are led by our experienced coaching team and designed to help you feel more confident on the course.
Golf 202
Thursdays at 6:30 pm
A progressive evening coaching program focused on building confidence, consistency, and on-course awareness. This extended program covers the core skills of the game, including putting, chipping, pitching, and full swing development. The final session (1.5 hours) brings everything together with an on-course experience focused on strategy, decision-making, and real-play scenarios.

Golf and Lunch
Thursdays at 11:00 am
Enjoy four weeks of expert golf instruction followed by a relaxed lunch after the final session. A perfect blend of learning, social connection, and time well spent at the club.

Get Golf Fit
Wednesdays at 10:00 am
A proven and popular program combining golf instruction with fitness designed specifically for golfers. The first four weeks focus on skill development, followed by a dedicated fitness session led by Strength and Conditioning Coach Jorim Lee to help improve mobility, power, and overall performance.
