PGA Members should use this form to self-nominate/register their interest to join the Board of Directors of The PGA and, in so doing, become a Company Director registered at Companies House. Board of Director roles are appointed for a duration of four years.
Please read the Terms of Reference and Role Descriptor prior to completing this form. Applicants should be registered as PGA Members within the associated Region.
The Board of Directors provide entrepreneurial leadership to the Association. Directors can be held personally liable for breaching their fiduciary duties by failing to act in the Company’s best interests. Appointment is subject to the Articles of Association, with initial and continued appointment subject to self-nomination and election by the Region and ratification by the Board of Directors. Appointment is conditional upon signing a Board of Directors’ Agreement, being eligible to hold a Company Directorship and approval of registration with Companies House. Names and other personal information will be made publicly available.

- The PGA in England (East) Regional Committee Board of Directors representative is a voluntary and unpaid position.
- Expressions of interest are invited from Friday, 16 January, and will close at 5:00 pm on Friday, 30 January. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
