    Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding.
  • • A $60 non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom hat orders. The deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
    • Your order includes 2–4 video/chat consultations to review design progress and requested changes. Additional revisions or meetings may require an added fee.
    • Final design approval is required before production begins.
    • Hats are completed within 2 weeks of final approval (excluding shipping time).
    • Orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking provided. Once shipped, carrier delays are outside of our control.
    • If a package is lost or damaged, notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so a USPS claim may be filed.
    • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment.
    • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges due to the custom nature of the product.
