Staff at the beach and their responsibilities:

• Minister: Responsible for legally marrying you
• Photographer: Responsible for taking your professional photographs
• Videographer: Responsible for taking your professional video footage
• Onsite Coordinator: Responsible for managing your group, including set-up for your ceremony and group photography set-up. Our prices normally include an onsite coordinator on groups of 15 people* or more. If you have a smaller group, you can still add one at $250.

Getting married in Hawaii is easy! Follow these 2 steps!

2. Make an appointment with a Kauai License Agent to pick up license when you arrive in Kauai.

Hawaiian Lūʻau: Feast & Entertainment
A traditional Hawaiian lūʻau is a wonderful way to enjoy your wedding dinner when celebrating with family and friends. This lively evening experience typically lasts 3–4 hours and includes an all-you-can-eat buffet of local cuisine, alcoholic beverages, live Hawaiian music, and cultural entertainment throughout dinner—ending with a spectacular hula show.

You may reserve your lūʻau directly through your Online Wedding Planner. There are no commission fees—you will simply pay for your tickets at the door using your credit card.

Important timing note:
To arrive at the lūʻau on time, your wedding should begin no later than 2:00–3:00 PM, depending on the length & location of your selected wedding package.

As of 2/22/2026, the State of Hawaii will start collecting a per person park entrance fee as well as a parking fee when entering the Wailua River State Parks. These fees will be collected via credit card upon arrival at the parks, including the luau.

The fees are paid to the State of Hawaii and are separate from the river tour, garden and luau ticket prices. Fees are as follows:
Park Entrance Fee: $5.00 per person (children 3 years and under are free)
Parking Fee: $10.00 per vehicle

Here are a couple of important reminders:

You can add items to your wedding details up until 48 hours before your wedding and we will be happy to accommodate such last minute requests if we can arrange it in time. However, as per our company policy we will not be able to accommodate any item or service cancellations (like flowers, a video or a musician) less than 14 days prior to your wedding. If you wish to cancel such items / services you must do so at least 15 days before your event and in writing. Only consider the item/service cancelled when you receive a cancellation confirmation from our office. Sorry, but Downgrading your Wedding Package from one package to a less expensive one can not be accommodated within 30 days of your event. We will Authorize your Credit Card on file the day before your wedding to make sure sufficient funds are available to cover all or your costs and to let you know should there be a problem with your bank. We normally authorize an amount a couple of hundred dollars higher than your Invoice balance just in case you wanted to leave a tip for staff. Rest be assured that we only capture the amount that you sign for when presented with your invoice at the beach. If you wanted to use a different credit card to cover your costs, please call or email us at your earliest convenience.
