Applications are approved on a first-come / first-serve order. If you are submitting an application for a duplicate product or company, we will notify you a and refund your application.

Vendor spaces come with 2 craft/vendor wrist bands that must be worn by vendors at all times. Wrist bands indicate permission to be in festival grounds. Wrist bands do not include wine sampling. To participate in the festival activities a General Admission tickets must be purchased at www.winefestnj.com

WineFestNJ Marketing Requirement of Participating Vendors

WineFestNJ requires the marketing participation of all vendors. To successfully market this event we need all vendors to agree to the following social media assistance:

Septemeber 1, 2025: Facebook and/or Instagram post linking to the official WineFest event page.
September 15, 2025: Facebook and/or Instagram post reminding followers of event and linking to official WineFest event page.
September 20, 2025 at 10:30am: Post while on location at WineFest inviting followers to come see you over the weekend

Tags to www.facebook.com/valenzanowinery and www.instagram.com/valenzanowine/ should be included with all posts.
