Your first trip in a new power chair or mobility scooter is more than an errand. It is a moment of freedom, confidence, and possibility. Tell us about the first place you went with your new mobility aid!
- Describe how you felt in that moment (excited, nervous, proud, relieved)

- Include at least one photo or video that you own the rights to
- Be submitted by a resident of the continental United States, age 18 or older

By submitting your story, photos, and/or videos (“Content”), you agree to the following:

1. Your rights and permissions
- You created the Content and have the right to share it.
- Anyone shown in the Content has agreed to be included and to these terms.

2. How we may use your Content
- You grant Journey Health & Lifestyle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and share your Content in any media for marketing and other lawful purposes, without further approval or payment.
- You allow Journey Health & Lifestyle to use your first name, last initial, city/state, likeness, and any short bio you provide with your Content.

3. Selection and thank-you gifts
- Not all submissions will be published.
- Up to the first 100 eligible stories we choose to publish will receive one thank-you product (your choice of exercise peddler or heated blanket), subject to availability.
- Limit one gift per household; no cash or substitutions. Gifts ship only to addresses in the continental U.S.

4. Eligibility
- You must be 18+ and a legal resident of the continental United States. Void where prohibited.

5. Release of liability
- You release Journey Health & Lifestyle and its affiliates from claims arising from your participation, our use of the Content, or your receipt or use of any gift, to the extent allowed by law.

6. Platform notice

7. Privacy
