This prestigious award honors the legacy of Dr. Henry A. Hill, the first African American president of the American Chemical Society.

The Henry A. Hill Award is presented to a single chapter each year that demonstrates extraordinary achievement across these criteria and embodies the spirit of Dr. Hill's pioneering work and advocacy.
