Hill Award is NOBCChE's distinguished recognition for a single chapter that has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to excellence, professional development, outreach, and advocacy for underrepresented minorities in STEM. This prestigious award honors the legacy of Dr. Henry A. Hill, the first African American president of the American Chemical Society.

    The Henry A. Hill Award is presented to a single chapter each year that demonstrates extraordinary achievement across these criteria and embodies the spirit of Dr. Hill's pioneering work and advocacy.
