REGISTRATION FEE: A registration fee of $220.00 for a new family and $170.00 for a for a returning family is due at the time of registration. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Reminder: August tuition is due on July 10th, 2025.
TUITION POLICIES: All tuition is based on a TEN MONTH SCHOOL YEAR (Mid-August through mid-June). The tuition rate for the regular school year is divided into ten (10) equal monthly payments, regardless of the number of teaching days in any given month. This is a standard cost-per-student calculation. Tuition is due on or before the 10th of the month and we bill for the month ahead. For example, September’s tuition is due in August, etc. A 5% late fee will be assessed to all accounts not paid by the 20th of the month. Students cannot be admitted to class if late payment is not received by the 1st of the month. A $25.00 charge will be added for any returned checks or payments. Accounts with checks/payments returned twice will be required to make “cash only” payments.
* We require a 30-DAY NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL. No tuition refunds will be permitted past this 30-day period. This means that notice must be given 30 days prior to the next tuition due date in order to receive a refund of tuition paid or void tuition due.
