Application Fee: $100. If this fee presents a barrier and your household income is below $115,000, please email megan@leadershiptomorrowseattle.org to request a scholarship before submitting your application.
Program Criteria
Leadership Tomorrow seeks to build cohorts that represent diversity in industry, geography, demographics, and life experience. We look for candidates who demonstrate:
- Commitment to community engagement.
- Leadership in their area of influence.
- Curiosity, openness to multiple viewpoints, and a desire to broaden their perspectives.
- Willingness to work in a multiracial learning environment, engage with others at different stages in their learning journey, and deepen their personal role in advancing racial equity.
- A strong interest in the curriculum and a willingness to learn and practice LT's values.
- Reasons for wanting to participate in the program beyond networking.
Selection Process
To ensure program excellence and a positive experience for all participants, selection is based on a competitive screening process.
- All applications will be reviewed and scored by a team of alumni volunteers.
- If we have questions or would like to learn more, we may invite you to a 15-minute interview between May 5 and May 22, 2026.
- All applicants will be notified of their application status on June 5, 2026.
