This award was established in 1989 to recognize NCMS members who have provided extraordinary or unique contributions to the Society.
The nominee must be a current NCMS member. A minimum of three of the following evaluation criteria must be completed for a nominee to be considered for this award. Each completed criterion must reflect a separate and distinct contribution, not overlapping with any of the other completed criterion.
Provide the effective dates and substantive details which will help document the significance of each contribution. Limit the descriptive narrative to a maximum of 500 words per completed criterion. The selected nominee is recommended by the NCMS Awards Committee to the NCMS Board of Directors for approval.
Note: Current members of the NCMS Awards Committee and Board of Directors are not eligible for this award.
