Rush Orders
Rush orders have a flat fee of $20, and are required for any PICK UP orders placed less than 7 days from the due date, or for SHIPPED orders placed less than 14 buisness days from the due date. Rush order fees are to ensure any last minute materials are available without delaying the timeline.

Full coverage fees apply to any orders where the banner background is painted any color other than the original brown, or the design covers 100% of the banner.

Mock Ups
Upon receipt of your order, I will reach out to confirm your banner details within 24-48 hours and provide you with your mock up and estimated total. Once you receive your mock up, you will have the opportunity to request revisions to ensure the design aligns with your vision. Once the mock up is approved and FULL payment is received, I will begin painting. Please note that to maintain your designs integrity, some changes cannot be made once painting starts.
Important: Painting only begins AFTER mock up approval and FULL payment is received. To avoid potential rush fees, these steps must be completed promptly. Custom banners are non refundable once the painting process starts. Type "yes" below to confirm your agreement and acknowledge disclaimers.
