How to Place an Order
1. Send Us Your Items

2. Include Your Information
Please send the following with your items:
Full Name
Contact Number
Email Address (for quotation and invoice)
Delivery or Pick-up Preference
3. Receive Your Quotation
We’ll send you a detailed quotation showing:
- Cost of each item
- Shipping from the original store
- International and local taxes
- Customs clearance and handling fees
- Our personal service fee
4. Confirm Your Order
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order.
Payment can be made via online transfer or bank deposit.
Once payment is received, your order will be placed.
5. Delivery/Order Timeline
Orders usually arrive within 2–3 weeks.
If you’re ordering for a special event, we recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance to allow for any delays.
Important Notes
- Prices may change if suppliers update their prices before payment is made.
- Orders cannot be changed after payment is submitted.
- The deposit is not refundable once the order has been placed.
