  • Youth Camp Electives Sign Up

    During Youth Camp, campers experience special activites called Electives. These activities are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Below are the descriptions for the Electives; sign up for your top five at the bottom of this form. Each camper will be placed in 3 different electives unless they choose one marked "All Week", in which they prepare for an end of week presentation (no presentation for girls journaling)

  • Laser Tag- It's a battle in the arena, every team for themselves. You'll have your own laser tag weapon and then be assigned a team and let go to see who is going to win! (THIS ONE IS NEW THIS YEAR)

     

    Preaching- “How to Build a Sermon”- Here you will learn how to prepare a sermon, build your own, and have an opportunity to share it with the class. (All Week)

     

    Jewelry Making: Come have fun making your favorite bracelet, necklace, anklet, and more. Choose from a variety of beads and charms.

     

    Jigsaw Puzzles: You and your group will open a box of puzzle pieces and figure out where each piece goes. Puzzles range from 100-400 pieces.

     

    Baking Class: In this class, you will learn baking tips, bake recipes, and enjoy a tasty treat or two. NOTE: IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS ELECTIVE.

     

    Card Game Tournament: You are your team will face other teams in battles of Uno, Phase 10, Spoons, and more to see who is the master of the cards.

     

    Painting: You will be given a blank canvas, painting tips, and go home with new artwork to display.

                                                                               

    Drama: Here you will learn drama techniques and a panotmime drama that the group will present to youth camp. (All Week)  

     

    Music: Can you sing? At this elective, you will learn about music and practice a song to present to youth camp. (All Week)

     

    Boys Only Water Polo: You will bring your swim gear with you to breakfast that morning to prepare for a battle of water polo in the pool. Don’t forget your towel!

     

    Pickleball: This is a tournament between four teams for an ultimate champion.

     

    3 on 3 Basketball Tournament: playing with teams to be crowned best team.

     

    Gaga Ball/ 9square/ Volleyball: Rotate throughout each station as you wish.

     

    Girls Only Nail salon: Here you will have an opportunity to get your nails painted, enjoy a facial mask in a variety of scents, and chat with other girls. 

     

    Boys Only Flag Football: two teams battle it out until there’s a winner.

     

    Car Clinic: Want to learn more about cars? How to change a tire, change your oil? (All Week)

     

    Girls Only- Journaling: Here you will learn the basics of having devotions and using a journal. Plus, you will receive one you can take home with you. (All Week)
