5. Remaining Balance:
The remaining balance of the purchase price is due at the time of pickup and is non-refundable. Prepaid balances are also non-refundable and are subject to the same terms as the deposit.
6. Spay/Neuter Agreement:
This litter will not come with breeding rights.(unless otherwise stated) The Buyer agrees that the purchased wolf-dog must be spayed or neutered. The Buyer must provide proof of spaying or neutering to the Seller by the time the wolf-dog reaches 2 years of age. Failure to provide proof will result in the Seller taking action, which may include a monthly fee of $500 paid by the Buyer to the Seller or the Seller repossessing the wolf-dog.
If agreed upon breeding rights there shall be a additional fee of 500 usd and buyer must adhere BREEDING RIGHTS (LIMITED & CONDITIONAL)
Breeding rights ARE GRANTED under the following conditions:
Approved Female or male Requirement
The Buyer must obtain written approval from the Sellers for any female or male intended to be bred with this puppy.
Females and males must meet the following standards:
*Proven health testing ( genetic screening where applicable)
*Appropriate age and physical maturity
*Stable temperament
*Legal ownership compliance within Buyer’s jurisdiction
*No Backyard or Mass Breeding(Breeding is not permitted for profit-driven, irresponsible, or high-volume production.)
*Sellers’ Right to Revoke Breeding Privileges
If breeding practices are deemed unethical or unsafe, Sellers reserve the right to revoke breeding permission.
7. Containment Standards:
Buyers must have containment in place before pickup, including minimum specifications:
- 8 ft height fencing (or 6 ft with lean-in)
- 9-gauge chain link/ cattle guard with minimum of 5 ft chain link or other fencing creating a double layer of fencing preventing heads from coming out and hands from going in.
- 1,000 sq ft area minimum
- Dig guards
- Adequate shelter from the elements
Failure to meet these criteria may result in refusal of puppy release without refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Health Guarantee:
The Buyer has 48 hours to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian.
If the puppy is found to be in unacceptable health, a written statement from the veterinarian must be provided, and the puppy can be exchanged for another.
Children Clause:
The Buyer acknowledges that they may have children in the home but accepts full responsibility for the safety and well-being of their children around the wolf-dog. The Buyer has been informed that the wolf-dog may possess a natural prey drive, which does not inherently mean aggressive behavior. However, the Buyer must remain vigilant and competent in supervising any interaction between their children and the wolf-dog to ensure safety at all times.
