I understand that the Rules Handbook can be viewed and downloaded from band and the website, futureflyerfaceoff.com, and I acknowledge that Future Flyer Faceoff has met its obligation to inform me of its policies and procedures by providing me with the Handbook. In order to facilitate a smooth and organized registration process, we want to clarify our policies regarding registration fees and the handling of participant entries. Firstly, please be aware that all registration fees are non-refundable. This policy is in place to ensure that we can effectively manage the resources and logistics involved in hosting our competitions. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and as such, we allow participants to roll their registration over to the next competition for those who are unable to attend the event for which they originally registered. This rollover option provides an accommodating solution, allowing participants to secure their spot in a future event without losing their investment. In order to ensure a fair and organized competition, we have implemented a policy stating that no division changes will be permitted within ten days of the event. This guideline is crucial as it allows us to maintain the integrity of the various divisions and ensures that all participants are accurately categorized according to their skill levels and qualifications. Additionally, the period before the competition is a critical time for finalizing the details associated with awards, scheduling, and logistics, allowing us to allocate resources effectively and set up the competition brackets without last-minute adjustments.*

For Parents, Coaches, and Athletes 1. Respectful Communication: No foul or offensive language is to be spoken to anyone on location. All interactions should be conducted respectfully. 2. No Bullying of any kind, including verbal, physical, or cyberbullying of athletes, coaches, or spectators, is strictly prohibited. 3. No Harassment of judges, staff, or any individuals associated with Future Flyer is not tolerated. Treat all personnel with the utmost respect. 4. Adhere to the official scoresheet challenge process. Any concerns regarding scoring should be addressed through the proper channels in a respectful manner. 5. Safety and Well-being: Do not participate in or encourage behavior aimed at harming another athlete, coach, spectator, or staff member. Prioritize safety and well-being at all times. Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, disqualification from the event, removal from the venue, or future participation bans. 6. I understand that my coach is responsible for knowing the rules and guidelines, and is responsible for understanding how the scoring and deductions work. 7. I acknowledge that no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason following registration, due to the logistical nature of order supplies, awards, and other related aspects of the competition.
