At MQA, our mission is to uplift the safety, identity, and well-being of LGBTQIA2s+ and BIPOC people across rural and tribal Montana by providing culturally responsive advocacy and care and community-driven programs that build long-term relationships and resilience. We do justice oriented work through community care: removing barriers, reducing harm, and building community led pathways to safety, stability, and belonging across rural and tribal Montana.
Primary Activities:
- Therapy Services: Providing inclusive mental health therapy
- Rapid STI Testing: Offering accessible STI screening services.
- Housing Support
- Case Management: Connecting individuals with essential social services, housing, and healthcare resources.
- Research Studies: Conducting studies to address health disparities.
- Community Education & Outreach: Hosting workshops, webinars, and events to raise awareness about health and social issues.
