The FedRooms program requires the following Terms & Conditions to be considered for inclusion.
- Rate must be competitive at or below per diem
- Rates must be loaded in all GDS systems
- No early departure fees
- No minimum stay requirements
- No additional fees of any kind i.e: health club, late check out, resort fees, destination fees
- Cancel policy must be 4pm day of arrival or later for domestic and 24 hours for international
- Must maintain a valid FEMA ID
- Must be ADA compliant
- Must maintain an NTM 2 Crown or AAA equivalent
- Report and pay required 2.25% participation fee on a monthly basis
- Maintain quality online travel reviews
