This form gives consent for participation in media recordings (photos/videos) as part of the Erasmus+ Sport 2025 project “Coaching Reimagined-KIDS”. Please read the consent statements carefully and complete all required fields.

Purpose of Media Use

As part of the Erasmus+ Sport project Coaching Reimagined-KIDS, we are producing educational and promotional materials, including video and photo demonstrations of skills, drills, and exercises. These materials will be used to:

·       Support the development and operation of a digital platform for water polo coaching education.

·       Document athletes participating in water polo training sessions, skill demonstrations, and instructional activities.

·       Showcase example content in pilot programs, workshops, learning activities, and free online webinars organized within the framework of the project.

·       Be presented and used during HaBaWaBa events and activities organized by Waterpolo Development, including onsite demonstrations, educational sessions, and challenges.

·       Be disseminated through the digital platform, project websites, social media channels, and Erasmus+ communication and public reporting tools.

These materials will remain publicly accessible indefinitely.
