Bulk branded merchandise and specialty custom projects require individual pricing based on quantity, materials, design complexity, and production requirements. If a mockup is requested, production will not begin until written approval is recieved. Approval confirms acceptance of spelling, font, layout and design placement.

Production, Shipping & Pickup Policy
At G&G House of Designs, every order is thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail. Because our products are personalized, production timelines vary depending on the type of item, design complexity, and order quantity.

Production Turnaround Times

Our estimated production timelines are:

The Apparel Edit: 5–7 business days
The Gift Edit: 5–10 business days
The Occasion Edit: 7–14 business days
The Signature Edit: 7–14 business days
Bulk & Specialty Custom Orders: Turnaround times provided with your personalized quote.
Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Production begins once full payment has been received, customization details are finalized, and any required design approvals have been completed.

Complex designs, rhinestone embellishments, large orders, specialty materials, and seasonal demand may require additional time. Customers will be notified of anticipated delays.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Pickup locations and appointment details will be provided privately after arrangements are confirmed.

Please do not arrive for pickup without a confirmed appointment.

Shipping

We offer $6.95 flat-rate shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

Oversized, heavy, fragile, or bulk orders may require additional shipping charges. Any additional charges will be disclosed and approved before payment is collected.

Shipping fees are separate from product pricing unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and delivery times are separate from production turnaround times. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are subject to carrier operations and possible delays.

Payment & Order Processing

Full payment is required upfront for all standard orders, including applicable shipping charges.

For bulk and specialty custom projects, customers will receive a personalized quote for approval before payment is requested.

Production will begin once full payment and any required design approvals have been received.

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available depending on workload, material availability, and project complexity.

All rush requests must be approved before payment. Additional rush fees may apply.

A requested completion date does not guarantee rush availability.
