1. Assumption of Risk I, the undersigned, understand that participating in a Pilates session involves physical exertion and may be strenuous. I am aware that the event takes place on an outdoor rooftop, which may involve exposure to sun, wind, and uneven surfaces. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to:Physical injury, muscle strains, or exhaustion. Slip-and-fall incidents. Dehydration or weather-related issues. 2. Health and Safety RepresentationI represent that I am in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation in this class. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns. 3. Alcohol Consumption (21+ Only) I understand that this event takes place at a venue (Quail State) where alcohol may be served following the session. I certify that I am 21 years of age or older. I agree to consume alcohol responsibly. I acknowledge that the organizers and the venue are not responsible for any injury or incident resulting from my consumption of alcohol. 4. Release of LiabilityIn consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Calista Vang, Quail State, and their respective employees, instructors, and owners from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action resulting from my participation in this event, including any injury or damage to personal property. 5. Media ReleaseI grant the organizers permission to use photographs or video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.) without further compensation.
