EQUITY MEMBERS:
The New Jersey Theatre Alliance (NJTA) auditions are based on an appointment process for Equity performers.  Equity registrations are on a first-come, first-service basis. Earlier AEA registrations are more likely to receive an audition with their preferred appointment time.

 

Due to the high volume of submissions, there is a limited number of audition slots. This form indicates your interest in participation. It DOES NOT guarantee you a place in the audition. Do not enter multiple registrations. Duplicate entries will be deleted. IF you receive a slot, we will contact you with instructions and ask that you respond ASAP to accept. IF GIVEN A SLOT, you will be notified by email no later than Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

 

This year's auditions will be held at Enlow Recital Hall on the campus of Kean University in Hillside, NJ.

  

The AEA audition date is as follows:

Monday, March 16, 10:00am-5:00pm

 

You must submit your headshot and resume digitally in order to register.
ALL Headshots and resumes must be received in PDF format, 8.5x11 or 8x10.
Thumbnails, TIFs, GIFs, web files, .doc, .txt will not be accepted.

If you receive an audition spot, your headshot and resume will be placed in a digital book that will be distributed to the attending theatre representatives. There is no need to bring additional copies of your headshot or resume with you.

 

The deadline to register is Monday, March 2, 2026.
If given a slot, you will be notified by email no later than March 4, 2026.

Equity performers have the option to indicate the time of day they would like to audition. We do not guarantee that you will receive your preferred time, but we will make every effort to honor your request. Audition appointments will be assigned within the time frames listed below.
