    Climate Action Arts Grant is a pilot grants program developed and funded by Ingrained Foundation with the support of a local funder and program delivery partner Arts Northern Rivers (ANR).

    Key Grant Dates:

     

    Applications open:        Monday 16 February 2026

    Applications close:        Thursday 31 March 2026

    Recipients accounced:   w/c 18 May 2026

    Grant delivery:             25 May 2026 - 28 February 2027

     

    With a funding pool of $40,000 we are inviting applications for projects from $5,000 up to $20,000.

     

    Important information:

    BEFORE starting your on line application:

    • Gather and SAVE all your supporting evidence in one place.

    COMPLETING your on line application:

    • Set aside quiet time, ensure that you have all your saved responses and documents ready.
    • Create your own free Jotform account.

  • Thank you for your interest in Climate Action Arts Grant, it appears that your project may not be eligible to apply based one or more of your responses, please check the grant guidelines or contact Sean from our team within the following times:

  • If you are a group / individual or Not for Profit that does not have DGR status you will be required to enter into a Fund Adminstrator agreement with Arts Northern Rivers to receive funding.

  • Projects must be completed between 25 May 2026 - 28 February 2027 including aquittal.

  • If yes, you are required to provide referees from relevant communities and/or organisations who are prepared to speak to your experience and/or your proposal.  Refer to First Nations Cultural and Intellectual Property in the Arts.

  • Provide details for each artist involved in the project, paid and unpaid.  

  • Part C – Project Budget

  • In this section you will be asked to outline the total cost of your project including a budget breakdown and how you arrived at these figures.

    Your funding request should equal your expenditure.

  • Expenses:  Please outline what the grant funds will be used for.  Remember that grant should mainly go towards artists, arts workers and expenses.  The total of these amounts must be the same as the amont requested.

    For organisations with DGR status we ask for evidence of DGR status and latest set of financial statements, as required documentation.

    Other documents are not required but recommended. The more supporting information you can provide, the stronger your application will be.
