Completing this registration form allows your school to formally request a Musica Viva In Schools concert at the Tamworth Regional Conservatorium of Music. The form collects essential information about your school, student numbers, and contact details so Musica Viva can confirm eligibility, provide accurate pricing, and organise invoicing. For small or low-ICSEA regional schools, financial assistance and exemptions to minimum attendance requirements may be available through Musica Viva’s Equal Music Program. Once all steps are completed, your booking will be reviewed and a member of the Musica Viva education team will be in touch to finalise arrangements.
