How to Register

Step 1: Complete the Online Application
- Complete the online application form.
- You may save and resume your application using the link sent to your registered email after saving the form.
- Please note: The resume link will expire within 3 days.
Step 2: Upload Required Documents

Please upload the following documents:
- A copy of your passport or Thai national ID card
- Payment slip
- Previous examination results (if applying for a carry-forward mark)
Test Day Information
- Candidates must report to the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled exam start time.
- Candidates must bring the same passport or national ID used during registration.
- For candidates under 18 years old:
  - Parents, guardians, or authorised persons collecting the candidate after the exam must present the original ID matching the scanned copy uploaded in the registration system.
- Candidates may bring approved writing instruments only.
  Mobile phones, books, dictionaries, notes, papers, and electronic devices are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved for the subject.
- Carry Forward Marks Notice (A2 Level Only)
  - Carry-forward marks are permitted only for the same syllabus.
  - All marks must be carried forward within 13 months from the date the subject was first taken.
  - Candidates must have complete marks for all papers that form the carry-forward component.
  - Supporting evidence must be provided, including:
    
    Previous centre number
    
    Candidate number
    
    Previous examination results
- After Registration
  A Statement of Entry, Examination Guide, and venue details will be sent electronically to your registered email address.
- If you do not receive these documents, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.
- Failure to notify us will be deemed as acknowledgement that all documents were received on time.

Access arrangement
Access arrangements (including modified question papers) enable students with special educational needs, disabilities or temporary injuries to take our exams and assessments.

Candidates who require special arrangements are asked to contact us before registration. Relevant supporting materials (medical certificates) should be submitted during registration.

To request an access arrangement, please submit all the details and related evidence to contact@keaes.com. Otherwise, no access arrangement will be requested and applied to your exam schedule.

Candidates with a medical condition requiring a private examination room must provide a valid medical certificate. An additional fee of 3,000 THB per unit applies for individual invigilation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CANDIDATES

ALL CANDIDATES MUST READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES & REGULATIONS

REGULATIONS
- A candidate must not enter for the same syllabus code at more than one examination centre in the same examination series.
- Candidates must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of each examination.
- Punctuality is mandatory. Late candidates may be permitted to sit the examination at the centre’s discretion; however, their answer scripts may not be accepted for marking.
- No extra time will be granted for late arrivals or toilet breaks. The examination will end strictly as scheduled.
- Withdrawal requests must be submitted at least five (5) days prior to the examination date.
- If a candidate misses an examination, no grade will be awarded for that subject.
- A candidate must not engage in any form of malpractice, including during coursework preparation or during the examination.
- Once the examination has started, candidates must not communicate with, assist, or disturb any other candidate in any way.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the examination room and surrounding areas.
WHAT TO BRING ON EXAM DAY
- Only materials and equipment specifically permitted for the examination may be taken into the examination room.
  The following items are strictly prohibited:
  - Bags
  - Non-transparent pencil cases
  - Calculator cases or instruction manuals
  - Mobile phones, smart watches, electronic or radio communication devices
  - Personal computers, tablets, or music players
  - Any unauthorised materials
- Correcting fluid or correcting pens must not be used under any circumstances.
- Bring your own pens, pencils, rulers, and approved instruments required for the examination.
- Writing requirements:
  - Use black ink for all written papers.
  - Multiple-choice papers must be completed in pencil (B or HB).
  - Coloured pencils or inks may be used only for diagrams, maps, charts, etc.
  - Highlighters and glue are not permitted unless specifically stated in the syllabus.
- Borrowing materials from another candidate is not allowed.
- Calculators, dictionaries, and spell-checkers are not permitted unless explicitly stated on the examination paper.
- If a calculator is permitted:
  - Ensure it is functioning properly.
  - Ensure the battery is working.
  - Clear all stored data.
  - Do not bring operating instructions or pre-programmed information.
- ⚠ Any candidate found in possession of unauthorised materials—whether used or not—will be automatically disqualified from the subject concerned.
INSTRUCTIONS DURING THE EXAMINATION
Listen carefully to the invigilator and follow all instructions immediately.
- Inform the invigilator at once if:
  - You have received the wrong question paper
  - The paper is incomplete or poorly printed
  - Required materials are missing
- Read all instructions on the question paper and answer booklet carefully and follow them strictly.
- Complete all required candidate details on the front of the question paper and/or answer booklet before the examination begins.
- All rough work must be completed on the examination stationery provided, crossed through, and left on your desk at the end of the examination.
ASSISTANCE
- If you feel unwell or believe your performance may be affected for any reason, inform the invigilator immediately.
- If you experience a problem during the examination, raise your hand to attract the invigilator’s attention.
- The invigilator may assist where appropriate, but will not explain examination questions under any circumstances.
LEAVING THE EXAMINATION ROOM
If you have used more than one answer booklet or loose sheets, ensure they are:
- Placed in the correct order
- Fastened together securely
- You must remain seated until instructed by the invigilator to leave.
- When leaving the examination room, you must leave behind:
  - Question papers
  - Answer booklets and loose sheets
  - Rough work
  - All materials provided (used or unused)
WARNING
Any candidate found cheating, attempting malpractice, or breaching examination rules may be disqualified from all subjects entered.
