1. Communication & Updates: By submitting this membership form, you agree to be added to the Creative Mullum email list, where we will send you updates on events, opportunities, and offers exclusive to members.

2. Respectful Collaboration: Members agree to act with integrity and respect toward fellow creators, volunteers, and the public. We uphold an inclusive environment free from discrimination or harassment.

3. Community Representation: While we encourage sharing your work, members may not represent themselves as official spokespersons for Creative Mullum or use the organization’s branding for personal commercial gain without prior written consent.

4. Shared Spaces & Equipment: If utilizing any physical resources or community spaces, members agree to leave them in good condition and adhere to any specific safety or booking guidelines provided.

5. Intellectual Property: Creative Mullum respects the rights of all artists. You retain full ownership of your work, but by participating in member showcases, you grant us permission to use images of your work for the sole purpose of promoting the organization and its members.

6. Annual Renewal: Membership is valid for the calendar year, irrespective of when you purchase your membership. To maintain access to exclusive opportunities and voting rights (if applicable), fees must be kept up to date.

7. Compliance: Members agree to abide by the Creative Mullum constitution and any local regulations relevant to our events and workshops.
