International Vincent Rally Entry Form

Conditions of entry

All riders must hold a current motorcycle riders license. All motorcycles must be roadworthy and be either on Historic / Conditional Registration, or on full registration and bikes may be subject to scrutineering by VOCT officials.

Indemnity: In consideration of acceptance of my entry and participation I agree:- to be bound by all rules, regulations and directions of the VOCT Committee. I agree to enter and participate in the rally at my own risk, and to indemnify and keep indemnified the organising committee & sponsors from and against any and all liability for personal injury and/or damage to property whether arising out of, or in conjunction with my entering in, and participating in the rally.

I hereby submit my entry for the 2027 International Vincent Rally and will transfer $500.00 per person plus $150 per pillion for the 16 day rally or $400 per person plus $150 per pillion for the 12 day rally as full payment to the VOCT account within 7 days.

If you are bringing a bike from overseas which option will you use to import it

A Carnet which although more expensive is simpler to get and will allow you to ride in other places such as mainland Australia or New Zealand before or after the rallyA non RAV temporary import approval which is more complicated and only allows you to ride in the rally. You do however get all of your bond back with this option so it is essentially free other than application fees.

If there is sufficient interest we will have a bus follow the rally route to transport supporters and spouses. Will you or others in your party utilise transport around the rally route in a bus. There will be a fee for this service. Please select number of bus tickets required.

Some riders may prefer to put their bikes on the trailer and take the bus for some days (space permitting)

Are you happy for us to share your contact details with other members in your area so we can better co-ordinate shipping and make it more cost effective. We will probably nominate one person in each Country to be the contact point for shipping.*
