Setup Instructions

First, find your Teams meeting link and make encode it: 

1. Go to https://www.urlencoder.org/
2. Enter your Team link where it says "Type (or paste) here"
3. Click the blue button that says "> Encode <"
4. Copy the result

Next, return to this JotForm and, for the hidden Teams URL field below, do the following:

1. Click the gear icon
2. Select the Advanced tab
3. For the Default Value, enter your modified Teams link

Finally, for the hidden Event Title field below, do the following:

1. Click the gear icon
2. Select the Advanced tab
3. For the Default Value, enter the name of the event
