Saturday, June 6 & Sunday, June 7, 2026 at Coronation Park.

SCHEDULING

Ensemble schedules will be prioritized by submission date and scheduling considerations as noted below. Logistical factors will be given high priority in scheduling. We will do our best to accomodate everyone's requests as best as we can.

Performance times will depend on demand, but will begin on the hour approximately between Noon and 6pm each day. Please plan a set of no more than 45-minutes (including talking) to allow transition time after your performance.

Scheduling is dependent on completed registration date. Register early if you are noting a scheduling consideration above. Please note that although we will try to accommodate scheduling requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

You hereby grant MBA the right and permission in respect of any audio, audiovisual or visual analog or digital recordings (of any nature or kind) of any rehearsal, performance or celebration connected with such event or program in which you or you and others are recorded, to use, reuse, publish and republish any such recording contemporaneously at the time of the recording and for a period of 10 years from the date of the recording, for promotional, fundraising, or educational purposes, without restriction as to alteration and without claim by you for compensation, damages, breach of privacy or libel.

Community Bands must be current Manitoba Band Association members to qualify for the free member rate. To become a member, please visit mbband.org
No GST or PST is charged.

Please make cheques payable to the Manitoba Band Association.

E-transfers can be sent to admin@mbband.org (include band name in notes).

The date each payment is received is a significant scheduling consideration.

Registration is non-refundable after the registration deadline: Monday, May 4, 2026 (4:30pm).
