  - Typed narrative of 400-750 words responding to the following:
    Share your accomplishments and how these experiences have taught you valuable leadership skills such as communication, teamwork, and decision-making.
  - All documents must be uploaded with your application.
Applicant must be financial for the current fiscal year to be eligible for this scholarship. The scholarship committee will verify your financial status for the current and upcoming year.
