    The application for the City of Aurora's 2026 community events is now closed, but you are welcome to join the cancellation list.
  • How the cancellation list works:

    If a spot becomes available for a City of Aurora community event, we’ll review the cancellation list and email food trucks that are the best fit for that event. The spot will be filled by the first truck to respond.

    • The City of Aurora does not provide water or electric for food vendors
    • All vendors must meet OSHA & NFPA standards and comply with all licensing that is required for the State of Ohio
    • All vendors must provide proof of product liability insurance for $1,000,000.00
