Please complete one application per child to the best of your ability/knowledge. In support of our inclusion initiatives, our enrollment form include weighted questions, which will help us identify campers who may have been historically underserved and underrepresented. Our heart is for every familly to have access to Camp Hope, however based on the needs of families and campers, we will determine priority level for registration. Your application will remain annonymous during the process.
