  • Please review the following definitions

    Public Swimming Pool: a structure that contains water that is used for recreational, therapeutic or other similar purposes and includes a swimming pool, wading pool, water spray park, whirlpool and any fountain or other articificially created pool of water.

    Swimming pool: a structure containing water that is deeper than 60cm at its deepest point.

    Wading Pool: a structure containing water, the depth of which is 60cm or less throughout.

    Water Spray Park: a structure on which water is sprayed or released, but does not accumulate.

    Whirlpool: a structure containing water at a temperature above 30C and that is not drained, cleaned and refilled before use by each individual, and utilizes hydro-jet circulation or air injection bubbles, or both.
