Event Date: March 28, 2026

Location: Semmes Municipal Park

Market Event Time: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Deadline for vendors to apply: March 23rd or while space allows.

After the deadline for vendors, you will still have the ability to complete the application, which will automatically add you to the waitlist. The waitlist vendors will only be communicated with if their is an opening.

There is no vendor fee but all vendors must be approved.

Since there is no vendor fee, we highly encourage vendors to decorate their booths according to the event theme.

There is no power available for vendors.

The requirement for a business license has been waived by City Council for this event.

Vendors will receive an email with approval, denial, or waitlist status within 14 days if the application is done before the deadline.

Set up instructions will be sent by email closer to the event date.

If you are a business, do you have a Semmes business license? The requirement has been waived for this event. However, those with a license will be approved first.

VENDOR APPLICANTS AGREE TO MEET ALL STATE LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS RE: FOOD SAFETY & HANDLING. THE CITY CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE/RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGES THAT OCCUR DURING THE COURSE OF THE EVENT. VENDOR APPLICANTS AGREE TO HAVE TENT/BOOTH SPACE SET UP NO LATER THAN 9:00 A.M. THIS IS A FAMILY EVENT & ALL VENDORS SHOULD ACT ACCORDINGLY. VENDORS WILL BE NOTIFIED THAT THEIR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED. THERE IS NO VENDOR FEE.
