Legacy, a ministry from Exodus is looking for a Greater Belfast Regional Lead to work alongside churches to see fathers becoming disciple makers. This is a relational, missional role involving church partnership, programme delivery, and contributing to cultural change through the discipleship of fathers.

2. A commitment to the Exodus Ethos (by subscribing to our Code of Conduct for Christian Staff)
3. A passion for discipleship in the home.
4. Experience of facilitating groups in indoor and outdoor settings.
5. Relational skills necessary for building partnerships and networking with churches.
6. Organisational ability, including strong computer skills.
7. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
8. Driving licence, own transport and willingness to travel across Ireland and overseas.
9. Willingness to be involved in training and raising support for Legacy.
