In the event that a participant requires transportation to a hospital or emergency medical facility, the participant is responsible for making immediate arrangements for their own care and, if desired, notifying an emergency contact. If the participant is incapacitated or otherwise unable to do so, Camp Cue will make reasonable efforts to contact the participant’s designated emergency contact(s).Camp Cue staff may assist with arranging transportation and may accompany the participant to the medical facility if necessary; however, staff are not able to remain with the participant overnight or provide extended supervision at the medical facility.If extended supervision or assistance is required beyond initial transport, the participant understands that they are fully responsible for arranging such support. Any additional costs incurred as a result of extended supervision, transportation, or related services are the sole responsibility of the participant.*

Drug and Alcohol Policy

I, First Name* Last Name* understand that the possession, use, distribution, or presence of alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or any non-prescribed controlled substances is strictly prohibited on Camp Cue property and at all Camp Cue–related programs, activities, and events, at all times. Participants shall not attend or participate in any Camp Cue program while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate dismissal from camp, without refund. The participant assumes full responsibility for arranging and bearing the cost of transportation and any other expenses incurred as a result of dismissal. Camp Cue reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to notify emergency contacts and/or local authorities where required by law or where safety concerns warrant such notification.
