  • This registration is for adults (19 years old by January 2027).  If you are registering a child (7 to 12 years old) please use the Religious Education Registration form. If you are registering a teen/youth in high school (13 to 17 years old) please use the Confirmation Registration form.

     

    Esta forma es para adultos (19 años en enero 2027). Si necesita inscribir a un niño (7-12 años), favor de inscribirlo en el programa de Formacion en la Fe.  Si necesita inscribir a un adolocente en escuela preparatoria (high school 13-17 años), favor de inscribirlo en el programa de Confirmación.

    To complete registration please submit birth certificate, baptism certificate, first communion certificate, catholic marriage certificate (if applicable) or email  aalvarez@sdccatholic.org.

     

    Para completar la inscripción adjunte acta de de nacimiento, certificado de bautismo, certificado de primera comunión, certificado de matrimonio por la iglesia católica (si corresponde) o envíe,  aaalvarez@sdccatholic.org.

    Please submit registration fee (cash or check) at Parish Office. Please provide your name and program's name when submitting payment.(i.e. John Smith, OCIA). You may also pay through Venmo @Santiago_De_Compostela (QR code below)

     

    La cuota de inscripción puede entregarse en la oficina parroquial (efectivo o cheque). Por favor, indique su nombre y el nombre del programa cuando envié el pago.(i.e. John Smith, OCIA). Tambien puede enviar su pago por medio de Venmo @Santiago_De_Compostela (utilizar el QR code)

  • The following situations may either prevent or delay the celebration of the sacraments of initiation, and therefore, they must be resolved before the sacraments are received. However, catechumens/candidates can still participate in the classes that are offered for OCIA.

    • Living together without being married ─ cohabitation.
    • Married, but only through civil ceremony.
    • Married outside of the Church and seeking an annulment.
    • Married in church but not in the Catholic Church.

    Please contact the Office of Adult Faith Formation (949-951.8599 ext. 228 & 240) for guidance if you find yourself in any of the aforementioned situations.

    Las siguientes situaciones pueden, o prevenir, o atrasar, la celebración de los sacramentos de iniciación y, por lo tanto, deben resolverse antes de que el catecúmeno/candidato reciba los sacramentos. Sin embargo, sí puede participar en las clases que se imparten en nuestro programa de OCIA/(OICA).

    • Viven juntos sin estar casados ─ cohabitación.
    • Casados, pero solamente por lo civil.
    • Casados por la iglesia pero no por la Iglesia Católica.
    • Casados fuera de la Iglesia, y en busca de una anulación.

    Por favor comuníquese con la Oficina de Formación en la Fe para Adultos (949-951.8599 ext. 228 & 240) para recibir la orientación necesaria si Ud. se encuentra en alguna de las situaciones antes mencionadas.
