Community Table Application
As a Pleasantville-based nonprofit, Foodchester, Inc. is committed to promoting a sustainable food system with wholesome, regionally grown food, fostering a culture of community pride, access, and belonging, and supporting local economic development. One of the ways we advance this mission is by providing a table at the Market for community groups to build awareness, enlist support, and disseminate information.

Nonprofit Organizations: If your organization is interested in tabling at the Pleasantville Farmers Market, please complete this application, and our Community team will get back to you shortly.

The Community Table is available to local nonprofits such as:
- Service organizations
- Issue-based organizations (e.g. hunger or environmental)
- Arts and cultural organizations

12. Our team will schedule your organization for one Saturday visit. Please indicate which months work best for your visit (check all that apply).
If you have a preferred date, indicate it. If there are dates that will NOT work for you, please let us know.
13. We will provide a tent, table, and chairs. Please bring in anything else that you need, from table covering to signage. Note: Electricity is not available at the Community Table. Write N/A if nothing else is needed from the Market.

Each individual staffing the table on the day of the event will need to fill out a Hold Harmless waiver form. You will not be allowed to participate in the market unless all forms are filled out by all participants in advance of your assigned date

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee a spot at the Community Table. We typically receive more requests than we have dates available, but we do our best to feature a range of local and regional nonprofits doing good work in our community.
