Dinner is served at every youth group and subsidized by the church to cost only $5/plate! Rather than worrying about cash each Sunday evening, use this form to pay for dinner based on how many youth groups you generally expect to attend for this coming semester. In total, there will be 13 regular youth groups with 13 dinners this spring.
