    Welcome to Hippo Trail Fest Vendor Registration!


    Thank you for your interest in being part of Hippo Trail Fest hosted by Hippo Social Club. This event is designed to celebrate wellness, outdoor adventure, local businesses, art, and community connection.

    This two-day experience will feature trail activities, wellness experiences, vendors, art, food, and community engagement opportunities.

    Our goal is to create an accessible and vibrant space where businesses and organizations can connect with an engaged and health-conscious audience.

    Please complete this application to be considered as a vendor or sponsor. Submission does not guarantee placement until approved and payment or in-kind donation is confirmed.

    We intentionally curate vendors to create a diverse and engaging festival experience.

    Yes. All vendor tiers include participation for both event days.

    Food Vendor β€” $200
    Sell food and beverages. Includes breakfast crowd access and event promotion.

    Non-Affiliate Vendor β€” $200
    Sell products or services and gain local brand exposure.

    Business Affiliate Vendor β€” $125
    Promote business services or products and connect with wellness and outdoor audiences.

    Art Experience / Non-Profit β€” $125
    Showcase interactive art, experiences, or community outreach.

    In-Kind Sponsor β€” $0 (Minimum $100 Value)
    Provide donated goods, services, or raffle items for brand recognition and possible vendor space.

    Vendors must provide their own:

    β€’ Tables and chairs
    β€’ Power or generator (if needed)
    β€’ Staffing and display materials


    ⚑ Will electricity be provided?
    Power may be limited. Please indicate power needs in your application and be prepared to supply your own generator if necessary.

    Yes. Food vendors must follow all local health and safety regulations.


    ⏰ Can vendors leave early?
    No. Vendors are expected to stay set up for the full event unless approved by event organizers.

    Yes! Vendors may be included in event marketing, social media, and promotional materials depending on registration timing.
