2026 Beech Mountain's Mile High Kite Festival

Beech Mountain's Mile High Kite Festival will be held at the "Kite Field" adjacent to the Famous Brick Oven Pizzeria in downtown Beech Mountain, NC.

If you sell multiple products, select your predominant medium.

• This event will take place on Saturday, May 23rd, from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
• CHECK-IN STARTS AT 8:00AM AND ALL VEHICLES NEED TO BE OFF THE FIELD BY 9:30AM. All vendors need to be ready by 10:00am for open doors.
• Due to the possibility of inclement weather and high winds, ALL VENDOR TENTS MUST BE SAFELY SECURED WITH A MINIMUM OF 40 LBS. OF WEIGHT PER LEG. We have observed that tents weighted from the top are less likely to twist in the high winds.
• Vendors are responsible for their own tent tables & display. Tables should be tastefully covered and draping should hide the table legs and any storage, boxes, etc.
• VENDOR PARKING IS LIMITED. Please plan accordingly regarding extra vehicles.
• SMOKING, PETS, and ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are prohibited within Festival grounds. Alcoholic beverages cannot be served, sold, or sampled.
• You are responsible for cleaning your area of ALL trash.
• A $100 vendor fee is required when submitting your application. We can take a credit card over the phone or you are welcome to mail in a check. Your spot will not be officially reserved until we have reviewed your application and recieved your payment.

I have read the Rules and Regulations of the Mile High Kite Festival and agree to abide by them. I may be asked to leave if the rules are not follow.
