VENDOR INFO

Vendors may begin setting up at 8:00am - no trucks or trailers will be allowed in the show area after 9:30am. 

Each vendor will have two side-by-side parking spaces. No cover or tables will be provided at the show. You are welcome to bring your own canopy, but you MUST secure the canopy with weights on all legs. No power will be available.

• Absolutely no food or drink sales of any kind are allowed
• No gas-powered generators. Battery-electric power supplies are permitted.
• No sales of vulgar, graphic, or explicit merchandise - if you wouldn't take it to church, leave it at home
• No sales of Mustang Versus Camaro Showdown branded merchandise
• No sales of NASCAR or Hard Rock Cafe branded merchandise

Any vendor who would like to include promotional swag in the show goodie bags should drop off or mail the swag to First Impressions Graphics by Tuesday, September 1st. First Impressions Graphics is located in Seymour and is open 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

VENDOR REGISTATION FORM

The annual Mustang Versus Camaro Showdown is on and this year we're hitting the track! The Showdown will take place in Sevierville, TN at the NASCAR SpeedPark. The SpeedPark is a family-friendly amusement park with multiple go-kart tracks, mini golf, kids rides, arcade, bowling, and more! We've got a destination event planned for you!

The Showdown is open to Mustangs and Camaros of all models and years. It doesn't matter if it's stock, modified, a show queen, or a daily driver - all are welcome! The crowd will choose the top 20 Mustangs and Camaros each (40 awards) plus there will be specialty trophies awarded.

  Preorder your official show t-shirt and you will save $2.00 over the day-of-show price, as well as ensure you get your size!
• Exclusive preorder hoodie
  We will again have official show hoodies. Hoodies are only available as a preorder so grab one with your preregistration.
• Free raffle tickets & giveaways
  You might have heard this show has a pretty awesome raffle table.  Every car preregistered will receive $5 in raffle tickets. Preregistration also qualifies you for our Facebook giveaways that will take place throughout the year leading up to the show.
• Bonus raffle tickets
  Prepurchase raffle tickets and get extra bonus tickets.

Last year, despite the last minute venue change, we had an incredible time raising money for Dolly Parton Children's Hospital, our charity to which all show proceeds are given. Our raffle raised a ton of money as we had some amazing prizes at the raffle table. This year we will again have a big, metal trophy to raffle, courtesy of Man Cave Metals, along with even more items than last year for raffle.
