  • 4. RULES AND REGULATIONS

    By signing this agreement, the applicant agrees to abide by the following rules and regulations for the use of the community center facilities:
    • General:
      • The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all guests follow the rules of the community center.
      • Any damage caused to the property or facilities will be charged to the applicant.
      • Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits to avoid disturbing surrounding neighbors.
      • Renters may not have access to the room prior to reservation start time and must vacate the room by the reservation end time.
      • The use of tape, adhesive products, staples or tacks on doors, walls, windows or ceilings is strictly prohibited.
      • All trash must be placed in trash containers or removed before vacating the premises.
      • Renters agree to pay for all damages to property, trash pick up, and for any other charges that may be incurred as a direct result of their use.
    • Gym:
      • No food or drinks allowed (except water bottles)
      • No excessive noise, rough play, or inappropriate behavior.
      • Proper footwear and attire must be worn at all times.
    • Pool:
      • Lifeguard must be present during the rental period.
      • All pool rules must be followed, including no diving, running, or horseplay.
      • Proper swimwear must be worn.
    • Community Room:
      • No smoking or alcohol consumption without prior approval.
      • Furniture should not be moved without permission.
      • Decorations must not damage or alter the space.
    • Kitchen:
      • Clean the kitchen thoroughly after use.
      • All food and personal items must be removed by the end of the rental period.
      • No cooking with strong odors (e.g., fish, etc.) without prior approval.
  • 5. CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Cancellations made more than thirty (30) or more days from reservation date will be refunded the rental fees less non refundable deposit.
    • Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days from the date will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
    • Unforeseen circumstances that cause the facility to be closed will result in full refund to patron.
  • 6. LIABILITY WAIVER

  • The applicant agrees to hold The SafeHaven Empowerment Center harmless from any liability, injury, or loss that may occur during the rental period, including, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury, or theft. The applicant is responsible for the safety and conduct of all attendees.
