El padre, madre o encargado es responsable de enviar copia de la transcripción de créditos y las notas más recientes del año escolar en curso como parte del proceso preliminar de admisión.

En caso de que el estudiante sea admitido, será obligatorio enviar los documentos originales, cerrados y sellados, directamente de escuela a escuela, como parte del expediente oficial de matrícula.

A partir de la solicitud para tomar el examen de admisión, el padre, madre o encargado dispone de un plazo de 7 días para enviar los documentos preliminares al siguiente correo electrónico:

La falta de estos documentos dentro del tiempo establecido paraliza el proceso de evaluación y nos limita para ofrecer una recomendación clara sobre la posible ubicación académica del estudiante en LÍDERES ONLINE SCHOOL.

Cuando el proceso de admisión se realiza con el propósito de preparar una Propuesta de Servicios para la Secretaría de Educación Especial del Departamento de Educación, será además obligatorio someter:

Copia del PEI vigente, incluyendo su revisión más reciente
Informes de evaluaciones vigentes (psicoeducativas, psicológicas, terapias, u otros informes relevantes)
La ausencia de cualquiera de estos documentos impedirá la preparación de la propuesta y la determinación de servicios recomendados.

The parent or guardian is responsible for submitting a copy of the student’s transcript of credits and the most recent report cards from the current academic year as part of the preliminary admission process.

If the student is accepted, it will be mandatory to submit the official original documents, sealed and sent directly from school to school, as part of the official enrollment file.

Failure to submit these documents within the required timeframe will pause the evaluation process and limit our ability to provide an accurate academic placement recommendation at LÍDERES ONLINE SCHOOL.

When the admission process is requested for the purpose of preparing a Services Proposal for the Department of Education – Special Education Secretariat, the following documents are also required:

A copy of the student’s current IEP, including the most recent review
Current evaluation reports (psychoeducational, psychological, therapy reports, or other relevant evaluations)
Failure to provide these documents will prevent the preparation of the proposal and the determination of recommended services.

La evaluación de admisión se realizará 100 % en línea a través de la plataforma institucional de LÍDERES ONLINE SCHOOL (L.O.S.).

El estudiante deberá estar en un espacio libre de distracciones, con la cámara encendida, micrófono funcional y conexión estable a internet.

La fecha y hora de la evaluación serán coordinadas entre la familia y LÍDERES ONLINE SCHOOL. El estudiante deberá conectarse puntualmente en el horario acordado.

Si el estudiante no se presenta en la fecha y hora establecidas sin causa justificada, el proceso de evaluación quedará inválido y será necesario solicitar una nueva fecha, sujeta a disponibilidad.

Los cargos por procesos de admisión no son reembolsables ni transferibles.

The admission evaluation will be conducted 100% online through the LÍDERES ONLINE SCHOOL (L.O.S.) institutional platform.

The student must be in a distraction-free environment, with the camera on, a working microphone, and a stable internet connection.

The evaluation date and time will be scheduled in coordination between the family and LÍDERES ONLINE SCHOOL. The student must connect on time at the agreed schedule.

Failure to attend the evaluation at the scheduled date and time without justified cause will result in the invalidation of the process and a new date must be requested, subject to availability.

Admission process fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
