MILO’S KETTLE CORN FUNDRAISER INFORMATION SHEET
Thank you for considering Milo’s Kettle Corn for your fundraiser. We want to make your fundraiser simple and easy. Here is some important information about your fundraiser.
· We have a fast turnaround to maintain freshness.
· We require 1 week from when you turn your order in for staffing and supplies purposes. (2 weeks for holiday fundraisers)
·Each bag sells for $10, and the profit is divided 50/50 between Milo’s Kettle Corn and your organization. Your group earns $4 per bag, Milo’s Kettle Corn earns $4, and approximately $2 covers production costs such as ingredients, packaging, and labor.
·We offer pick-up or delivery. We prefer orders to be picked up at Milo’s Kettle Corn in Progreso, TX. Other pick-up options can be made available upon request. Delivery for fundraiser orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on size and distance.
· If picking up large orders, please come prepared with an adequately sized vehicle.
· Shipping is not available currently for fundraiser orders.
· The balance owed to Milo’s Kettle Corn is due at the time of pick-up/delivery. Invoices will be emailed within one business day from the time totals are turned in.
· Cash or Checks only.
· All checks should be made payable to the organization, not Milo’s Kettle Corn.
· We ask that all organizations double-check their totals and submit one master tally sheet to Milo’s Kettle Corn. Please try to avoid “Add-On” orders when possible. If you need more time to collect all outstanding orders to submit one master order, please let us know. For add-on orders, you will submit an additional form. This form will be invoiced and filed separately.
· All totals must be submitted online, at your convenience, at miloskettlecorn.com/fundraising. Just select the turn-in form for the type of fundraiser your group sold and follow the questions. No phone orders will be accepted!
· It is mandatory that ALL counts need to be verified at the time of pick-up or delivery. It’s necessary to have a group representative available to count and verify your order. This step is important to reduce errors. A signature is required on the disclaimer.
· If any discrepancies occur due to sorting or your sheets were totaled incorrectly, notify us, and we will be glad to provide you with the items needed along with a separate invoice.
