Development Team:
- The Development Team is responsible for helping secure the financial and in-kind support necessary to bring the festival to life. This includes cultivating relationships with donors, sponsors, brand partners, and identifying speaking opportunities that enhance the festival's visibility. This includes ensuring hospitality needs are met for artists during the festival week. This team also supports grant funding endeavors, from research and application to oversight.
If you’re ready to schmooooze with donors, alchemize enthusiasm into funding, or even convince the crows to start throwin' cash at YOU, then the Development Team is calling your name!
Creative Team:
- The Creative Team is responsible for shaping and maintaining the Yonder Walls brand through all visual and design elements, including festival banners, flyers, pamphlets, social media graphics, and merchandise. Also housed under this is the website and web shop, email campaign, social media channels, PR, and the documentation of programs, events, and festival activities through photography and videography.
If your design skills make eyeballs linger, causes whiplash (the good kind), causes folks to stop mid-scroll OR mid-snack, if you can give personality to literally anything, the Creative Team needs your magic touch!
Production Team:
- The Production Team is responsible for the logistics that make the festival run smoothly. This includes permitting, site mapping, volunteer coordination, vendor and stage management, and ensuring all necessary services are booked. This team is also responsible for designing and installing festival signage and pathfinding, merchandise displays and installations, and ensuring all sites are left in better condition than they were found.
If you thrive on organizing the un-organizable, dream of logistics that flow like the atlanta airport, and think site maps should come with fan clubs, then step into the spotlight with the Production Team!
Programs Team:
- The Programs Team is responsible for fostering community leading up to the festival and planning events such as: panel series and workshops, fundraising opportunities such as raffles, restaurant % nights, ticketed dinners, merchandise launches, and facilitating engagement with local artists. This also includes Yonder Week events such as: the sponsor & artist appreciation night, team and artist dinner, and after party. :)
If you’re the person who believes every day is a party waiting to happen, loves to turn simple meet-ups into social extravaganzas, and can make any day feel like New Year’s Eve, then the Programs Team is your playground!
Mentorship Team:
- The Mentorship Team is responsible for maintaining and developing the festival’s youth / young adults mentorship program and works to expand it by planning events such as the Mentorship Brunch during Yonder Week.
If you believe in helping others find their inner super powers, have a knack for spotting talent like a talent scout on a treasure hunt, and can make mentoring feel like a fun adventure, the Mentorship Team needs your enthusiasm!
