Lash model sets are provided in exchange for content creation and social media exposure. Active participation is required before, during, and after the appointment.
Content Usage Consent*

I consent to photos and videos being taken before, during, and after my appointment and used by Blinking Pretty UK for marketing, training, portfolio, and social media purposes.
After-Appointment Content Requirement*

I agree to send clear photos and videos of my lashes after the appointment (including selfies and videos) for content use.
Social Media Posting Agreement*

I agree to post my lashes on my Instagram story and tag Blinking Pretty UK after my appointment.
Public Profile Confirmation*

I understand my Instagram profile must be public at the time of posting so content can be viewed and shared.
MODEL SET TERMS & EXPECTATIONS

Appointment Duration*

I understand that model appointments may take up to 3 hours and I must be available for the full duration.
Style Control*

I understand that styles, lengths, curls, and designs are chosen by the technician for content and training purposes.
No Customisation / No Extras*

I understand that model sets are not paid services and do not include custom requests, infills, removals, or changes.
Punctuality & Conduct*

I understand that lateness, no-shows, or failure to follow instructions may result in refusal of service and removal from future model opportunities.
Presentation Requirements*

I agree to arrive with a clean face, no makeup, no lash extensions, and presentable hair suitable for content creation.
Selection Disclaimer*

I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee selection and that I will only be contacted if selected.
