Tryout Fee: $20 (Covers both tryouts)

ID Session (Mississauga only): $10 (Covers both ID sessions)

All locations are separate teams. We do not combine locations.

*TENTATIVE* SEASON PACKAGE OVERVIEW

- Player uniform package (game uniform, warmup shirt, practice jersey, backpack)
- 2-3 practices a week depending on team
- Optional weekly strength and conditioning session (depending on location)
- 2 leagues or 1 league and 3-4 tournaments (NPH, Coalition League, HoopCity League, Phoenix League, CYBL and various prominent tournaments in the region
- Additional leagues/tournaments/exhibition games depending on team decision

Tryout Fee: $20 per player online only (COVERS BOTH TRYOUTS) Payment can be made to sunnahsp@gmail.com via e-transfer. Please include players name in the notes.*

E-transfer will be sent by the first tryout and I will show proof of payment on arrival.Cash will be paid at the first tryout on arrival.

I understand that participation in the Brotherhood Elite basketball tryouts involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or even death. I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of myself or my child. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Brotherhood Elite, its coaches, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and facility partners from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of participation in this tryout, including travel to and from the activity. I certify that I or my child am/is physically fit and capable of safely participating in basketball activities. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the staff of Brotherhood Elite to seek necessary medical treatment, understanding that I am responsible for any associated costs. I also grant permission to Brotherhood Elite to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings of me or my child during the tryouts for promotional and educational purposes, including social media, print, and digital platforms, without expectation of compensation. If the participant is under 18, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant and have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver on their behalf.
