2026 Artist Entry Form
The Salisbury, NC Public Arts Commission (PAC) is seeking artist(s) for a new mural, located at the Sgt. Pepper alley in the 100 block of East Innes Street. The PAC is requesting a musical theme for the mural, as the alley connects several music venues to one of the City’s most travelled shopping and dining areas.

Deadline to apply is midnight, Monday, April 20, 2026. Application guidelines and instructions, PDF of application and template are available at (WEBSITE). Please use the template for your concept drawing.
